Active Red offers the latest concept in total wellness, offering a complete solution for all your health and fitness needs. Active Red offers a range of kickboxing classes, and is also the host centre for WAKO Accredited Active Kickboxing Fitness Trainer education – the most comprehensive and internationally recognised kickboxing trainer preparation course available in Singapore.

Having designed their previous marketing collaterals, Design Workz is delighted to annouce that Active Red is constantly on track and using the right methods to draw in new clients and help them improve their overall fitness.

This time, we came up with flyers to help Active Red in their promotional needs. While less comprehensive compared to brochures, flyers help transmit a specific message to a large target audience. Design Workz also ensured that the flyers had a attractive layout to ensure that the flyers will effectively help Active Red obtain the response they seek.

Having had the opportunity to work with them previously, Design Workz is pleased to be able to collaborate with Utraco Pte Ltd once again.

This time, Design Workz worked on a corporate brochure for Utraco paying special attention to content guidelines and pictorial layouts. Through that, the brochure rises through ranks and rather than being a mere brochure, it has become a marketing piece that will add value to the company. Design Workz hopes that Utraco’s corporate brochure will serve them well and aid them in getting new prospects.

Utraco Marine and Offshore Pte Ltd is the fabrication arm of the larger Utraco Group, addressing the needs of customers in the oil and gas industry. Utraco offers up heavy steel fabrication and erection services amongst many others, as well as other facilities. Serving clients in both Singapore and Indonesia, this is definitely one necessary niche market.

Design Workz had the opportunity of working with Utraco to come up with a A4 sized Brochure representative of them. Using a combination of introductive text, illustrative images all based on a calming blue backgroud, we trust that the succinct brochure will effectively introduce them and give you an insight of what they do best.

Evergreen Global is a established company dealing with the import and production of commercial truck tyres, and has since achieved regional and international recognition.

Given their wide range of tyres available, it is being condensed into a catalogue so that their entire repertoire can be properly documented and fully extolled. Design Workz was pleased to have been able to create this particular catalogue, as we in turn also acquired more knowledge regarding tyres.

Brochures are generally known as informational pamphlets that are made not only to inform but also educate, usually for a mass market in hopes of reaching a bigger market.

Just from its name, it is evident that Chosuk Construction and Development Pte Ltd specializes in construction work, devoting itself to high quality safety standards and adhering to the latest systems and technologies available.

What is unique about the brochure designed for Chosuk Construction is that is it very highly specific and extensive in detail. Acquiescing to our client’s request, the brochure showcased Chosuk’s repertoire and highlighted essential information. The brochure might mean nothing to a layman but to those in the industry, it is a whole wealth of information; and exactly the target market Chosuk intends for.

Blossom Edugroup A4 Brochure

Blossom Edugroup Brochure

Blossom Edugroup is made up of a chain of educational institutes catering for childcare services and preschool education. They pride themselves on the ability to maintain high standards and to provide an all-rounded curriculum for its students.

As part of their continual improvement, they enlisted Design Workz to come up with a new Brochure Design for them to be used in their upcoming event. While most might assume corporate brochures to be aesthetically dull and boring, this one will prove you wrong. Representative of Blossom Edugroup, the brochure is vibrant, dynamic and lively. It is made up of a myriad of different colours and illustrations with little text; not so typical of corporate brochures, but made to appeal all the same.

As like Blossom Edugroup which not only teaches, but inspires; Design Workz hopes for the same through our work. We take pride in our versatility and will definitely accede to requests to come up with a design that is tailor-made for you.

Offset / Digital Printing

Offset Printing, also known as Lithography; is best defined quite literally as writing with stones. The image to be printed will be engraved on a flat plate and then inked when it comes into contact with paper. The plate will then be flushed with water so ink will only be adhered to the engraved areas of the plate, as the lithographic process of the repulsion of oil and water keeps the non-printing areas ink free.

Offset Printing is able to print on sizes larger than A3, and is recommended for larger quantities (more than 1000) to be economical. Sharp and clean high quality print can be ensured and little maintainence is required if this type of print is chosen. As such, Offset Printing is also one of the most common methods of printing today. We recommend Offset Printing if your image contains fine lines, photographs, screens or tints.

Digital Printing refers to high speed laser printing, often utilizing a state-of-the-art digital colour copier using a single source of concentrated light to expose the image on to photosensitive material. Electrically charged toner will then be attracted to the image and the toner particles are then transferred to paper when in contact with heat or pressure. It is a very fast method of printing as the print is dried instantly.

Digital Print is typically for low print run, hence recommended for smaller quantities and can only print up to a maximum of A3 size. It prints directly from digital files and no film is involved at all. Compared to Offset Printing, the content can be more easily changed, translating to lower wastage and personalization. There is also a significantly shorter lead time. Digital Prints work well on paper or canvas.

The aim of this post is not to determine which method of printing is better, but in hopes of giving readers a better insight of the different methods of printing; and which method to choose to suit their needs. Pre-Mat A4 Product Catalogue

A Catalogue is defined as a publication of a list or itemized display; entailing articles, specifications and illustration. The catalogue could be in the form of a book or an eBook, from as little as five pages to as many as a hundred (or more), all to the client’s discretion.

We recently did a catalogue print job for our client – Pre-Mat Drilling Supplies Pte Ltd, yielded a A4 sized catalogue made up of 96 pages with listing of their equipments, parts and etc. Design Workz printed this catalogue with the PDF files given by our client.

Design Workz is able to do solely printing if furnished with the Finished Artwork (FA) if necessary. Be it Catalogues, Flyers, Folders, Banners, to even Brochures, we are confident of executing these projects smoothly. Try us out today!
